Holiday Inn Calgary-Airport (solo trip)

Hotel staff are really friendly and polite. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast is served hot and constantly replenished. Evening meals are excellent, we ate here 3 out of the 4 nights. I was very upset with this hotel when I checked in - my room looked into the parking garage! They didn’t seem that busy, so this seemed unnecessary. We accidentally forgot a couple items in our room and the staff went out of their way to check if they were in the lost and found. The staff then bagged it up and kept it in storage until we were back in Calgary and we could stop by and pick it up. We appreciate this type of great service from a hotel! Great stay in a clean room - no complaints!

My husband and I were first time traveler's. We are so happy to have booked at this specific hotel. The service was amazing, staff were extremely kind, helpful and police. Always available 24/7. I'd read the negative reviews and they almost put me off staying here, but ultimately the price and availability meant I ended up at this hotel anyway. And I'm so glad I did.
