Went to the seafood buffet. It was absolutely terrible. I can't believe they're charging $60 for the seafood win. The crawfish were overcooked Frozen, not fresh so they're all soft. They're hardly any seafood. A little bit of crab and scallops were I don't even think real scallops I think and the place was not busy. I have eaten at the Blaze Bar and Grill numerous times and the food is great the Problem is waiting 10 or 15 minutes to be seated. Then, when you get a table, again you wait for anyone to acknowledge you. A couple of weeks ago 3 of us waited over half an hour to get waited on. All the waiters were hanging around the bar or walking around but doing nothing. Today we waited 5 minutes to be seated...
