Overall room was decent and somewhat below average considering price, one of my top priorities choosing hotel is customer service, front desk working at 10:30PM sept 20 was just rude, refused to even give toothbrush and showed way to store, since we asked for 1 extra (third). Very unprofessional, worst customer service. Please don’t visit if you prioritize customer service.

The stay was great but the service after checkout when realizing we forgot an item in our room once we were home was not. After multiple calls to locate my item, it cannot be found within the facility. Housekeeping denies seeing it though it was left plugged in, in the room when we left. Will not be staying here again as they did not offer to help in any way.

Had one minor issue during our five night stay here but it was immediately resolved the following morning. A big thank you to the front of house and maintenance staff. Breakfast was basic but definitely sufficient, rooms were clean and spacious. Only a ten minute drive to downtown Calgary or a 30 minute walk to Stampede park. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was awesome! Diana, the breakfast attendant works hard and was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bathroom was a good size. Good location to the train. Was here for 3 nights for the stampede and it was easy to get to and from there from the hotel. Definitely would stay again
