Best Western Plus Suites Downtown (couple trip)

I just recently (September 20-22) stayed here and had a pretty terrible experience. Myself, my mom and my two kids were booked in for 2 nights. The first night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 2am. By the time we made it all the way to the lobby they inform us it was a false alarm and said we could go back to our rooms. I booked over the phone ( had a bit of issues, but eventually got everything sorted out) When I went to check in, I had the nicest young lady at the front desk help me. Her name is Diana and she was so sweet and helpful -she went above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly for me from what time breakfast was, that there was a Safeway a 3 minute walk away and letting me know where...

Booked online and everything went smoothly. Check was great - super pleasant and helpful. Downtown location was great and they provided underground parking at no extra charge. I stayed with my daughter so they even had the sofa bed out and ready for us. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it a bit hard to relax at times. Other than that, everything was great!
