Best Western Plus Port OCall Hotel (couple trip)

Good value hotel with fun water slides. Beds are very comfy and fresh linens are clean. Carpets and wallpaper slightly showing their ages. Excellent customer service at the from desk, Angela was super helpful. Above average room service food.

I use a walker and The first night I was put in a room too far away from the elevator for me. The next morning the front desk staff moved me to the bottom floor that was easy access for me. We also got adjoining rooms which was wonderful with kids. Very kind and helpful staff. Food was great, water slide and pool were fun. Fitness room is adequate. Lovely hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 days and the room condition was so nice. We worried about the facilities from some reviews. But everything was fine. The queen-size bed was so comfortable and the washroom was also clean and looked nice. I hope to try their indoor swimming pool, but we don't have much time. The staff were friendly and nice to the customers. If you don't care about the location, I recommend it.

Overall good experience. Rooms are clean, staff have been very nice and helpful. Restaurant could use some better service. Both times I went, there was nobody to seat us, as we had to seat ourselves and also had to ask for a server. Our bill or server didn't return to our table for a long time. Easy to get to, close to the airport and they have a shuttle (we didn't use this as we didn't fly). Rooms were nice and clean. We had a two Queen beds with a tub shower. Nice to have an extra sink outside the bathroom. Pool is fantastic! You can get a day pass just to use it! It was a blast and the kids were in it for hours!
