Amenida Residences Calgary (couple trip)

Dead bug on the mattress, no water would come out of the bath tub faucet or shower head, leaky tap, and there was a man peeing on a tree outside. However, we talked to a staff member, and they were able to get the bath tub faucet to work. Overall, not a great experience. I do not recommend staying here.

I made a date error when I booked a room here through a third party. I showed up on the wrong day in the middle of the recent blizzard and highway closures having missed my reservation. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I had a room with windows facing 42nd and there was traffic noise so I could not open my window for some fresh air. It’s a budget friendly hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and it had everything I needed. Location is ideal for shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.

We have stayed here before and it was lovely. We had a reservation for two night made under two separate names because of plans changing. To accommodate us the lovely girl upgraded our room so we wouldn't have to switch rooms. She was so sweet.
