What an escape room...Matrix is just mind blowing...cool decor...a bit hard puzzles but still relevant to the movie and true to the theme. Maneesh, our host, was excellent..so helpful and nice. He was there to help when needed and didn't give much away, keeping the thrill going. The overall experience was awesome and we will surely come back for Bank Heist.

We were here for our team building event recently and had a blast of an experience. Our host, Manish, was so pleasant and courteous and made sure we had all the help we needed. Great experience at Escape Hour. The Bank heist is very difficult but also changed our minds to think outside the box. Our host, Maunish, was a great help and made our game fun. We will be back for Matrix. Highly recommended place. Just arrive in time though, as today they were fully packed. Overall, it is one of the best Escape rooms in Calgary with great customer service.

We just had an awesome time at Escape Hour Calgary doing both The Matrix and The Bank Heist! Both rooms were super fun and really well designed. Our host Manish was great — super friendly and helpful the whole way through. The secure lockers were a nice touch so we could just focus on the game. Highly recommend!
