Calgary TELUS Convention Centre (solo trip)

I attended a two-day conference here and had a great experience. The environment was welcoming, the staff were friendly, and everything ran smoothly. The main hall was spacious, with panels held in separate rooms on another floor. Conveniently located downtown with big parking nearby. Note that the centre has two buildings across the street, North and South.

Wow, for being a little bit of an older building I’m told this looks like brand new. I attended a conference here today. It seems like there’s lots of parking and easy to get through. There’s even a walkway to the other building. I’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful venue with access to Hyatt Downtown and Marriott hotels. Close to multiple attractions.

Attended a 3 day dance competition at the centre. Central location to so many hotels and restaurants. Rooms were large for the event and acoustics very good. Washrooms always clean with very heavy use 7 am- 10 pm daily. Water stations set up throughout the centre and staff always had them full, clean and with lots of cups. Great venue. Did the backpack volunteer program with the Calgary Police Foundation. The facility is located in a great spot downtown, and is walking distance from restaurants, and the LRT. Very clean building. Exhibition hall was spacious, and modern. Bathrooms are large, and kept very clean. Really enjoyed my experience here.
