Con: - The rooms are typical, but it has a smell. I think it smells like cigarettes embedded in the curtains and walls over the years even though it has a no smoking sign on the door. Fantastic location. Check-in was great. We were able to check in early without a fee. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked great. Rooftop bar had a great view, good drink menu, and friendly staff.

The hotel was excellent in every way, and my stay was very comfortable. However, the only downside was that the security deposit was never refunded, even though I was told it would be returned after a few days. We stayed in Warwick Brussels from 18/6 to 21/6. We were greeted by not very polite receptionist on 18/6 around 1.30pm. Concierge was not customer oriented at all. He saw us with bags and luggage going into the lift but did not bother to help to press the lift and simply walked away. That was an unwelcome gesture. Housekeeping was not consistent.
