Also, our cards would deactivate every night, so despite coming back late and tired, we would have to line up to remagentize our cards. The best hospitality experience. My suitcase was lost and the reception helped me tremendously. A big shout out to Anna who gave me her blazer so I could go to my very important meeting the next day. I wish every hotel had such nice people at the front desk.
