Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie (couple trip)

The building is old, but the room is clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall fine. Breakfast plentiful but very cold in the breakfast room! Thankfully, I had a very reasonable rate but otherwise I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. The bathroom really needs to be renovated and was rather dated and not fresh. Underground parking was convenient. All in all, not bad and not excellent!

Was so pleased to be upgraded to superior room. It’s was huge. Nice view onto Av Louise. Windows well sound insulated. The ac worked perfectly. Great location for us as we needed to be close to a friend in Uccle as well as the historic centre. Will return.

The hotel is located right next to a main road. I couldn’t sleep well at night because the noise from cars passing on the street disturbed my sleep. The noise was especially noticeable late at night when everything else was quiet. If you’re sensitive to traffic noise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. There were no proper breakfast items available — in fact, there was almost nothing to eat. The quality of breakfast was poor, and it did not meet even basic expectations. The staff behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative.
