This hotel is fabulous but it should be noted that it can be noisy. Unfortunately, the central courtyard hosts events at the hotel restaurant complete with loud music and rowdy partiers. There was one such party during our stay which continued until midnight. Even with the windows closed, it was like being above a nightclub and the noisy revellers then woke us up multiple times through the night r...

I recently booked a Deluxe Room at this hotel through Trip.com, which clearly indicated that the room came with two king beds. We are a family of four with two young children (ages 10 and 7). However, upon arrival—after a long six-hour drive—the hotel refused to let us check in. The receptionist insisted that we make a new booking through Trip.com, which we did on the spot at the front desk. Unfo...

Lovely hotel! The bed was super comfy and the rooms were very clean. For the ladies, they have Dyson hair dryers which is really nice. Our rooms were really quiet and the front desk super helpful. Definitely suggest the breakfast buffet in the morning, you are also able to order off a separate menu. The location was also great to get to the train stations and also site seeing.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel is a rather seedy part of Brussels. I did not feel safe. I checked in and got my room assignment which was on the first floor of the hotel. The room was very dark, small, had no windows and...

Pretty nice place, room was okay had some maintenance issues. The bed was comfortable but kept rolling me to the middle while solo so I'm not sure how a couple could deal with that. Bar was nice with great staff. Location was terrific to jump off on many adventures.
