Renaissance Brussels Hotel (solo trip)

Enjoyed the hotel in the EU quarter, where I was for work. It offered good value for money (based on the moment I booked: 160 euros). Nice, spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Close to public transit. Unfortunately, the check-out queue was extremely long (check-in was smooth).

Excellent experience at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel. We check out later today and can only say good things about the hotel. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very understanding of everyone's individual needs. Their facilities were also top notch. Keep up with hard work. Hope to visit again in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again

The hotel does not completely live up to 4 star standards. I liked the comfortable bed and a good pool. However, the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, especially around the pool and gym area. I also found the staff to be rather cold and reserved. The place certainly lack some genuine hospitality.
