Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre (with baby)

Pillows is a solid, reliable, and unspectular business hotel. The rooms are basic and comfortable. For us tourists, it's well located near the major sights, including just two blocks from Brussels's cathedral. The breakfast is good and extensive. You will like it fine, but it's nothing to tell your friends about.

The hotel had excellent access to the station and city center, and it was very clean and well-maintained. When there was an issue with the toilet water continuously running, the staff handled it promptly and effectively. Their hospitality was outstanding — they were very kind to our child and offered wonderful service. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Brus...

Loved this hotel! Clean, modern, quiet, great price, and a fantastic location. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We were able to check our bags when we got there in the morning and our room was ready after a few hours exploring the city.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pillows. I dealt with 4 members of staff and they were all friendly and clearly cared about their job. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short 5-10 minute from everything you might need (including a great park and kids playground). The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and I regret not having it both days.

Great location and welcoming staff. We appreciated being able to check into our room early, although there was a €30 fee for this. It would be a nice gesture if early check-in were complimentary when the room is already available, especially since there are no additional facilities provided that would incur extra costs for the hotel.
