Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport (couple trip)

We were very pleased with our room and the included breakfast. However, we arranged a late check-in via booking.com, but on arrival they told us we could not stay longer… As a result, we had to wait at the airport for five hours until our flight. Mistakes can happen, but they were not very accommodating and did not make an effort to solve our issue and let us stay longer.
