Novotel Brussels Centre Midi Station (with kids)

I stayed at Novotel Brussels Zuid/Gare du Midi. The room was comfortable and well insulated. However, during my stay I encountered some insects in the room and bed which was unpleasant. The surrounding area of the hotel is quite noisy and not very clean, but inside the hotel it felt quiet and well kept.”

The location was very convenient. The reception staff were welcoming. There was a water fountain in the lobby. The room was well presented, very clean and comfortable, with both tee and coffee making facilities. The big TV was excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious, but the breakfast area was a bit cold.

Amazing place, clean, hospitable, well organised and sophisticated. All of the staff have a stellar representation of the brand. I had looked them up from previous testimonials and I’m very glad I went with my gut feeling. Great breakfast too!!

Super convenient location and kind staff, which was what I and my little pup needed after a long trip! They were super helpful, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Basil was able to explore the closed-in grassy back garden, a relief and convenience for a country dog in the city!
