Novotel Brussels Airport (with kids)

Rebecca's welcoming smile at reception made my day a better one. Speedy check-in along with arranging a wakeup call and taxi for a very early flight next morning. Dinner was great, rooms clean and comfortable. Good value hotel only a few minutes ride to the airport.

Good service. Direct shuttle to airport runs till +- 22h50 less than 5 minutes away. Room is very bland. Ok for 1 night. Minibar was empty. You can't open the window, they are very well insulated against noise. You won't hear the planes. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast staff friendly. Breakfast is quite adequate.

Great place to stay prior to our flight the following morning. The hotel shuttle was on time to pick us up. It runs every 30 minutes. The restaurant food was very good. We ordered the filet de dorade (two grilled pieces of fish) and lasagne bolognaise which was piping hot. Both dishes were delicious. We topped it off with Dame Blanche (vanilla sundae). Highly recommend.

Nothing special, but when you sleep for just night, it is not bad. Just to be aware about restaurant and specialy pizza. It is frozen sh... Stayed here for a short business trip near the airport. Very convenient location just a short free bus ride from the airport and close to the office I was visiting. Staff were friendly and there was only a short wait to check in. My room was comfortable and noise was well insulated despite aircraft taking off nearby; it was a little dated and could do with some modernisation, but nothing significa...
