NH Collection Brussels Centre (couple trip)

We had a great stay at the NH Collection Brussels Centre. The room was comfortable and provided a very restful night’s sleep. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, everything else met our expectations and we’d happily stay here again.

The location and price were perfect for us. The room was spacious and had plenty of natural light, but it appears to be in need of a refresh. The furniture and finishes are all pretty worn. The location is great and walkable from all the places to visit in central Brussels. The metro station is just outside the hotel. Brussels Midi rail station is an easy 30-min walk from this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was polite but very mechanical, and can deal with requests that only they were provided training for. Very good location and spacious rooms. Terrible water temperature — there were times in which “hot” water was barely warm: not something you would expect even if multiple rooms were showering at the same time. Good toiletries.
