NH Carrefour de L Europe (couple trip)

We stayed here as a group, and while we were out two of our rooms were broken into. When we got back, the rooms were a mess and a large amount of cash we had kept in envelopes was gone. We needed 2 bedrooms but were alotted a second bed in an open plan with the master bedroom (a family room). The receptionist found us the perfect room, a 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable n quiet. Nice breakfast. One block from the famous Brussels Square. One block from the Central Station. Everyone was very nice.

Staff was excellent Rooms and Breakfast too. View from room was incredible watching the sunset over Grand Place. One block from Central Station. Walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants. We are so glad we stayed at NH instead of the place next door where they tried to put me on a fold out sofa for 75 euro more.

Great location to major sites and the staff were very kind, so my only complaints come from the room itself. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard, made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Not up to NH standards.
