I called to book a room as we’re traveling with our baby, but the customer service representative insisted that we book this specific room because of the baby and their travel bed policy. I emphasized that I wanted to use our own travel bed for the baby, but she continued to insist that we use the hotel’s travel bed instead. However, my friend, who booked a standard room, was able to do so without...

This is a great hotel within the price range. The biggest plus is the location - not totally central but all the main attractions are within a 6-14 minute walk. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The price has been kept down by keeping things basic. I would really appreciate tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but recognise that they are trying to keep cleaning costs down. One...

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Apart from the terrible espresso we had at the lounge bar, the hotel was fantastic. It was extremely quiet, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent too, close to Park metro station, the Church of St. Michael and St. Gudula, and the Central Station. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent cozy hotel. The rooms are small but do serve their purpose and more. They are nice cozy rooms with very comfortable bed. I had no issue with the room and rather enjoyed resting in them after a long day. The hotel has a very nice garden that is tranquil and relaxing. The location is superb with walking distance to most attractions. The central station is only 10 min away walking. A highly...
