Marivaux Hotel (solo trip)

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. On our last night, we woke up to a sewage leak in the bathroom — dirty water flooding into the room. We had to evacuate urgently at 7:30 in the morning, as the water was spreading toward the bedroom. At the reception, we were told to wait for another room and ended up waiting a very long time, completely ignored — no apology, no water, no coff...

Good rooms but accessibility to our room was too complicated, narrow and difficult. Carpets of the hotel make the ambiance a bit dampening and smelling, though it was fine fornus. Excellent location you can get a hotel at this price for!

Excellent location for seeing the sights of Brussels. The hotel is a bit of a warren as it appears to be several old buildings connected. You access floors by different lifts.
