Hotel Louise (couple trip)

Room is clean ang big, personnel is charm and rooms are relatively quiet. The only but is the automatic water heater switch working continously even at night and being quite annoying. Also, if you are not used to take the tram to reach here or by car.... you have to walk quite a bit. For the price I paid i have no comments.

When we entered our room, it was immediately obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were coffee mug stains on the desk, a cigarette burn on the bedside table and worst of all, pubic hair on the bedsheets. would leave no stars if possible. Staff rude and hostile. Rooms filthy and falling apart. Facilities cheap and lacking. Security non existent- random family entered my room in middle of night. Felt safety was entirely compromised. Don’t stay here if you value your money and your safety!

Disastrous experience! NOT recommended I had the displeasure to recently stay at this hotel and I can say that it was a huge mistake. My room was filled with the smell of rot and dampness coming from the bathroom, which is minuscule and in bad shape. The lift only arrives to the 9th floor while my room was on the 10th, which forced me to climb two very steep and dangerous flight of stairs, with ...

Terrible guest experience for me. Especially by a single Threathening hotel staff member. Note, not all staff are like that. Most were welcoming and understanding. But the individual responding to my 2 separate reviews on google is clearly unhinged and almost somewhat deranged. This hotel is not ok. Do yourself a favour, And ignore this establishment.
