Hotel le Châtelain (solo trip)

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two things I didn't like about the hotel 1. There was this big dirt stain on the carpet. Looked like very old gum that had turned into pancake. Really gross. 2. On the last day, we decided to have a breakfast buffet. We didn't know it was buffet. We ate few and the total came out to be 79 Euro. What?!!!. Never eat buffet style breakfast.

Excellent Hotel, A true 5 stars Hotel. Excellent staff, politeness, professionalism and the service was well above the Excellent. Thank you very much for being so caring and welcoming. Will definitely come again. Thank You.

This is a beautiful hotel, excellent location for shops and restaurants. Tram.stop only a short walk away. Our room was perfect, good quality linen and towels, we also had a fridge in our room Staff we very helpful in every way

You have a lovely hotel and very close to Central Brussels. Our stay was made that much special by all its staff at the hotel. The entire reception team were superb. Friendly and always courteous as well as helping us with local knowledge. The restaurants recommended to us were superb.The staff/chef at breakfast/bar were also pleasant. Good hotel, not in a central location, but still close to Avenue Louise which is full of shops of all kinds. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport and in 30 minutes of a nice walk. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are large (mine was a Superior Premium Room), but need renovation. The breakfast room is bright, with a good choice of sweet and savory foods. O...
