We stayed at the Hotel Agora for 4 nights last week. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to all of Brussels main attractions and a 3 minute walk to the central train station. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Nice hotel in the middle of Brussels - short walks to almost all attractions and to the metro. Staff was very helpful. Many shops and restaurant close by. Our room was facing the plaza, so it was quite noisy until late at night. The room was a little small, but we managed... Note that all rooms require climbing at least one flight of stairs, but the staff helped us with our luggage.

I ended up here last minute and luckily they had a cancellation. Great location, quiet but near everything. My room was spacious and clean. The best part, as others have mentioned, was the staff especially Roman. They went above and beyond at all times... quite nice and efficient. Everyone was great - really appreciated.
