easyHotel Brussels City Centre (couple trip)

Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfying. The room was very small and not suitable for families, even though I had mentioned in advance that I was traveling with my family. The space was too tight to move around comfortably, and even basic amenities like soap at the sink were not available. In addition, the hotel does not provide its own parking, so guests need to find paid parking outside...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect — close to the main attractions and easy to reach by public transport. Overall, excellent service and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

It was an OK stay but we had 2 problems in our stay. The first that our bathroom smelled like sewage (only the bathroom, but it was very strong and would not leave) and second, in the morning (at 8 or so) there was a very loud truck, and after some exploring around we believe it’s because there is construction site just a few buildings away. Definitely recommend. The rooms are really nice. Yes they are small, but they are smart. The bed is really nice and the shower is large with good pressure and hot water. Room has controllable aircon. Staff are friendly. Location is really good. I can walk to central train station in about 10 minutes, while dragging my luggage.
