Stayed here for a week, room was clean, staff friendly, location was a 10 min walk to the metro station I needed to use everyday. The hotel has a great location. However, as soon as you enter, there is a strong sewage smell. We were told that they are working to resolve the issue, but the odor reaches all the way to the rooms. There are no slippers provided in the room, and the towels were dirty. It definitely does not justify the price.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel! The reception staff were very friendly. Chiara provided great suggestions about the city and local restaurants, while João was particularly helpful by offering an adapter for my wife to charge her mobile.
