Lovely family stay for the Christmas Markets. The hotel is clean and spacious, located just 10 minutes from the metro. Big thanks to Veronica-Fernandez (reception) for being extra friendly & getting our rooms together, and Martha (restaurant) for being so friendly and going out of her way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelettes, though a bit pricey (€20). The only downs...

Very bad experience. I just checked out today 5th December. I asked for a toilet clean because there were blood stains in the toilet. The response from the receptionist was surprising, he said they wont clean it urgently . They never valued the customer.

We had breakfast as an external group with 30 people and felt very welcomed by Martha and Alice. Good organization, friendly stuff, clean and bright room, decent breakfast. I can recommend 👍🏽

A hotel located in th quiet and relaxed neighbourhood of Saint-Gilles away from the hustle and bustle of Brussels central. Well connected by tram and bus services. The hotel service was excellent and staff made sure we felt comfortable and provided us with all the necessary information. Rooms may need a bit of update, but not a big deal.

We stayed one night with a group of 30 people in May 2025. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It was quiet due to the double windows. The breakfast was extremely rich and filling. It is definitely worth the price paid. However, some guests staying on the second floor mentioned that the rooms were stuffy.
