Aloft Brussels Schuman (solo trip)

I faced with a very bad experience during staying in Aloft. The manager was super rude and impolite. We we 2 person (and have 1 bathrobe and 1 bottle of small water) and ask the second bathrobe to the room and faced with a rude careless answer and attitude of the manager: he said (at 11pm) we do not have any now, you can move to standard room there is no bathrobes at all so no need to share any...

Nice hotel and rooms. I arrived to hotel on 20th October a bit before 11am to check in. A lady at the reception just asked me 'you are for? Day use/check in?'. I said for check in and she instantly said 'you should pay 35€ if you check in now'. She didn't even say 'welcome'.... and I lead the conversation instead of her. Wonderful experience. Clean, quiet, comfortable place to rest. Cheerful and friendly front desk employees willing to provide recommendations on brussels activities. They also honor marriott platinum member benefits :) Hope to return again soon!

Excellent location. Front desk staff is friendly and good at their jobs. The rooms are meh. The showers don't maintain their temperature. They vary second-to-second between cold, temperate, and too hot.
