Poor room condition. Overpriced. Only one small table fan provided which isn't sufficient. Washrooms are small and old fashioned. Rooms are spacious with big windows. Overall not worth your money. Only best part is location. Flixbus station and metro are few metres away.

The hotel is quite cheap, but I think somethings, like a cleaning bathroom should be mandatory regardless the price you pay. The breakfast could be way better, I don’t really recommend, I would advise you to go out. The bed is really comfy. The location is also really great, next to the Brussels Noord Train Station, where there are trains to the airport from 20 to 20 min and only takes like 13 min...

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, with a nice garden and well-maintained common areas. However, the room we were given faced an air shaft, offering no view at all. It might have been a great hotel 20–30 years ago, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it today. There was no air conditioning, no toilet paper provided, and the furniture was in very poor condition.
