9Hotel Sablon (with baby)

Excellent staff made this a great choice for me. Hotel is clean and modern without being cold or overly "glossy". I enjoyed the room's AC the particularly hot afternoon during end of June spell, open window was nice the other nights. Location right off the Sablon Place was super convenient to sightseeing and cuisine options. Don't skip the full breakfast with lots of nice options.

Please stay here. From the moment you walked in the attention is there. Refreshments available right in the lobby. Danny front desk; wow! Did I say wow! He greeted us and gave us a summary of the hotel and surrounding areas. The rooms are CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Amazing experience. This place is close to everything.

4 stars? Definitely a budget hotel, in everything but the price. Once away from the dreary, downbeat street on which the hotel is situated, it is easy to walk around central Brussels. Appalling... Definitely NOT a 4 Star hotel.!!!! On entering the hotel, you are greeted by an overwhelming smell of chlorine , and asked to pay before you set foot in your room. The room itself was spacious, but had an odd layout. In the bathroom, the fixtures and fittings were cheap, the shower curtain had seen better days. Everything from the service, rooms, facility, and food was not 4 star. We are on a Europe trip with our family, and we have been staying in several upscale hotels throughout Belgium, and I can tell you that this has been the worst of them all. The staff was very unhelpful in the lobby, they had no idea about the parking situation outside. I also forgot to mention that there is no parking or valet....
