Positives:

  • Easy access to facilities: Public toilets are near the playground and pavilion for quick diaper changes.
  • Safe baby play area: Fenced rubber-floor zone keeps toddlers secure and close by.
  • Multiple shaded spots: Benches and lawns under tall trees provide cool feeding and rest areas.
  • Quiet photo moments: The Tintin statue and pondside benches give fun, low-key photo backdrops.

Challenges:

  • Hilly central areas: Middle park sections are steep and uneven—limit stroller use there.
  • No dedicated nursing room: Bring a portable changing mat; toilets lack confirmed baby tables.
  • Weather exposure: Few covered areas—carry sunshade, rain cover or warm wraps for the baby.
  • Water hazard: Pond edges have no barrier—keep a close eye on crawlers and toddlers.
