What makes it 61% Baby-Friendly: Flat paths and shaded benches ease stroller use and feeding, but no nursing room, no baby-changing table and only an off-site paid toilet mean carers must pack mats, wipes and extra patience.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Wide stroller paths, benches, pond and picnic areas can be enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
Stroll stroller-friendly paths:
Walk on the paved French-style walkways with your stroller.
Tip: Go before 10 AM for cooler air and fewer visitors.
Use shaded benches:
Sit under trees to feed, comfort or change the baby.
Tip: Bring a portable changing mat for quick diaper changes.
Lay out a picnic:
Spread a blanket on soft grass under large trees.
Tip: Pack baby-friendly snacks and a small sunshade.
Enjoy the pond and waterfall:
Watch water trickle over rocks and small falls.
Tip: Keep a safe distance and hold the baby securely.
Tummy-time on the lawn:
Place a blanket on the grass for gentle play.
Tip: Choose a dry spot away from pathways.

Green respite in the middle of the city with separate playground for children, lots of benches to sit and enjoy the breeze in the summer. Beautiful fountain makes the park even more attractive. Lots of statues are there. Ambiorix bus stand is just at both sides of the park.

Beautiful park for a nice walk with fountains, sculptures and a small lake further down the hill. The architecture of the buildings around the park is impressive, you can also discover a beautiful art nouveau building. Very close to Schuman and the Commission, also suitable for a lunch break walk and relaxation.
Spring brings blooming flowerbeds but occasional rain; summer offers shaded seating; autumn colors appear in late October; winter paths can be slippery—check the forecast and dress accordingly.
