Room was ok, nothing special but good enough. Only problem was the cold shower, which when mentioned to reception was told it was because the hotel was full and we might want to shower a bit earlier tomorrow! Not the answer I was expecting. Other than that the stay was fine and the breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed in Junior Suite No. 1 during our short winter break. The room was wonderful and spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is really good. The breakfast was wonderful. I definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely, elegant and small hotel just off the beaten path in the heart of old Bruges market area. The service is top notch, with special note to breakfast, which is served with especial grace. Perfect place for a romantic getaway for two, with easy access to all the great areas of Bruges. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel which is perfectly located for exploring Brugge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb with fantastic service from Ignace and Sandra cooking on the Aga. No self service here, just proper efficient customer service like the good old days, wish Uk hotels were more like this! Would definitely stay...
