Novotel Brugge Centrum (couple trip)

Our first experience staying in a Novotel hotel and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Fantastic and organised staff, clean room and lovely bar/restaurant. Very spacious hotel with places to chill out. A very welcoming hotel that we would definitely go back to. Located 10 minute away from the Brugge square so next to loads of shops and restaurants.

Great stay! Very good location, near the main points of interest but still in a quiet area. We had a very large room, with large beds, soft pillows, very comfortable mattress. Excellent breakfast, varied and plentiful, even at the end of the serving program.

This was a very last minute booking that they were able to accommodate with adjoining rooms. The rooms were comfy and had everything needed. Separate toilet to bathroom seems to be a Belgian thing which we as Brits found odd but it was nice with lovely toiletries. The water fountain instead of bottled water was a nice touch. We chose this 4-star hotel based on their explicit assurance that they would make every effort to have our room ready before the official check-in time. Instead, we were met with broken promises and a complete lack of accountability. Upon arrival, we were told our room was not cleaned yet and asked to wait. We patiently agreed. The hotel is great. It is very modern and has a great breakfast. There is also a nice, but not big swimming pool incase you'd like to use it. You can park your car in an underground garage, which is very spacious. The suite which I took had 2 levels, where there was a bunk bed for 2 people along with a TV.
