Mansion9Bruges (couple trip)

The mansion is well-located. Within minutes, you can walk to the belfry and explore some of Brugge's streets. The rooms are cozy and decorated to reflect Brugge's atmosphere. Finally, the daily breakfast was delicious.

I am still in shock at the way we were treated at this accommodation. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Owners were way too rude and mean. Room was too cold, bed was too hard and we were charged additional 75€ for checking in at 7:20 PM . In addition to this all, on our last morning here, husband of lady who is owner of place, just entered our room without knocking, and he shouted that...

Poor communication and inflexible, indifferent service. Given that it’s actually quite far from the city centre and that the free parking is basically street parking (if available and not at all guaranteed) best to go with a more established hotel that’s in a better position.

Perfect small luxurious b&b, the room was exactly the same as it was on the pucture. Stylish, new and impecably clean. A bit further away from town centre but still a walking distance, 15-20min. There is a parking upfront but its 4h max stay there, there is another free long term parking, 15 min walk

Nice property and seems to be fairly recently done, which is a huge positive. The major drawback was that it seems they don’t have their act together at the moment. They were unable to figure out the credit card machine for 2 days (from our check in until check out - the same cards were used at all the other locations in Brugge).
