I absolutely love this hotel. It was very clean and you have everything you need in the bedroom. Water pressure and temperature was perfect. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location (very close to the center but far enough that it is peaceful and nice) close to some really good breakfast places.

The hotel that I love the most in Bruges. Discovered it more than 12 years ago and visited multiple times since. Great breakfast, staff and location. Peaceful and quiet! Love it!

They would not do anything to rectify this on...
