Stayed here for a short break , lovely rooms and very friendly staff. Nice choice of breakfast . Located close to centre 5 min walk . Excellent.

Nice 1 night stay in Brugge -This is a higher end hotel on a quiet back street very close to the city center. Very recently stayed here, with my parents and youngest son (We stayed in the superior rooms). From as soon as we arrived everything was great. Dirty, bad smell, insects, bad costumer service The bed sheets, blanket and billow cases were dirty(have many old stain!) even after changing them they still have old dirt! The corridor outside the room are also dirty! The toilet has bad smell and their solution was to put an air refresher perfume which made it worse!
