Dukes' Palace Residence - by Dukes' Hotel Collection (couple trip)

As most others have said, this place is excellent and the garden view is superb. The bar downstairs is great, the food is well done (especially for Belgium), and everything was handled great overall. The location is perfect, just out of the way of everything but close enough to get to everything quickly. If i were to come back, i would stay here again, no hesitation and no questions asked.

Hotel Dukes’ Palace was a bit of a miss for us unfortunately - being advertised as a five star property. I would highly recommend to avoid paying extra for the wellness package - the opening hours are inconvenient and I would say the spa was not really a spa at all and more of an after thought. A beautiful, luxurious stay in Brugge. We came in winter and loved the cozy, Christmassy feel of the hotel. The common areas are gorgeous, the food and drink delicious. It is located perfectly in the heart of town, and not that far from the station if you arrive by train.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect location. We booked a room with breakfast and spa, which enriched the experience. We went for our honeymoon and received extra gifts which was much appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and it has a peaceful garden. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, as the hotel had its own restaurant and bakery. We had three nights in the hotel in a spacious room overlooking the garden. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We didn't have breakfast,lunch or dinner as there are so many places to eat locally but did have a cold beer at the bar, the service was excellent. Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring this city with everything in walking distance.
