Leonardo Hotel Antwerpen (couple trip)

Great location to visit the City. Heating system will be turned off at night, when you need it the most in winter! Bathroom is missing blinds o curtain, very bright lights in the nights in the room due to the outside lights and the bathroom door. Shower very low pressure and water came down every morning and the bathroom floor were wet. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast

Great location near Central Station, metro, shops and restaurants. The room had an empty fridge for storing food, which was useful. Overall, the surroundings and convenience were the main positives of the stay. The room had several issues: window latch broken, AC not working, and noise easily heard from the corridor. Not sure how this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The room was grim. Bed sheets didn’t fit, stained walls, the window opened out onto the air conditioning unit and someone clearly used it as an ashtray. Not impressed with this place at all. Only good things were it’s right next to the station and the Staff were friendly too. Otherwise it was poor.

Extremely poor WiFi — constantly disconnecting every minute, making it impossible to work or even scroll. The bathroom is shockingly small: you have to squeeze in sideways, shut the door behind you while standing almost on the toilet, and then maybe you’ll have enough space to breathe. Walls so thin, we could hear every cough, every step, every whisper from other guests. Not a chance to fall asle...

Excellent service during my recent visit to Antwerp! I arrived at the hotel after a long day of travelling. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Special mention to Mason who made me feel very welcome with her friendly approachable manner. This continued throughout my stay. Great value for money including breakfast.
