Kaai11 - Riverview Lofts & Suites (solo trip)

It is a place I would recommend. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and due to some misunderstanding we could not check in. A lady helped us right away and we entered in our bright, modern apartment with high ceilings. As good as expected. Maybe some more stuff in the kitchen would be nice, but not a big deal

Room on 4th floor was amazing. Well equipped, nice view and just tastefully decorated. The kitchen had a tea kettle, coffee machine, some pots, a pan, some basic cuttlery and dishes, a stove top, oven, they even had olive oil, salt and pepper. Needless to say you can make a nice dinner or breakfast there. Would recommend the place to just about anyone.

It’s a pretty place but it simply wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a full bin and there were all kinds of stains from people before us, the fridge was disgustingly filthy and there were sigaret buts on the terrace. Also I sent you a unanswered message via Airbnb and tried to reach you 2 times on the day of arrival but the phone was off. This was not a warm welcome. Next morning there was someone at ...

Great spacious apartments in a lovely old building. Great location too, right next to the city centre, river and a huge free parking place. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great. I loved the high ceilings of my apartment. The service was also great and very friendly.

Quite disappointed in this place. Having spent nearly €180 per night for three nights, we found the place completely lacking in most aspects you'd expect from a "4 star" establishment. The photographs on the website made the apartment look high-end; in reality it is very cheaply furnished, with marks on the walls, chips in the wood/sink and marks on most surfaces.
