The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although it is easy to bang your head on the bunk. The sink did not drain well. The one switch for lighting meant it was very bright or no light in the shower.

The service is incredible, the staff at the reception is exceptional. The cleanliness of the rooms is deficient and needs to be improved. Some rooms need a lot of maintenance. Just good enough

Location was ok, having parking in the hotel is great and saves from a 1 star. Room was fairly clean, but had a gigantic issue: it becomes hot as hell. No AC provided, only air circulation. Window does not open and has no mosquito net. Moreover, during the night there are people partying at the pool of Novotel (right on the side). The room was tiny but have enough room to have shower… but just annoying the shower can’t adjust the angle and the door has a hole who let the water come out and make the floor wet… Clean, quiet comfortable bed… also very good breakfast, it might be good to have some hot food instead.
