What makes it 63% Baby-Friendly: Babies are accepted and you find changing mats, stroller parking and permission to breastfeed, but no dedicated nursing room and sudden loud sound may distress infants, so planning is vital.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Includes time to check in, settle baby, enjoy pre-show facilities and the performance without rush.
Book a children’s matinee show:
Choose a shorter daytime performance suitable for babies.
Tip: Check show lengths online and book seats near the aisle for quick exits.
Request raised cushions:
Use booster cushions so your baby can see the stage safely.
Tip: Ask at the cloakroom upon arrival; supplies are limited so come early.
Store your buggy securely:
Use the guarded cloakroom for strollers and diaper bags.
Tip: Pay €2 per coat hook; buggies and bags have no extra fee.
Use the baby changing station:
Find a changing mat and nappy container in the restrooms.
Tip: Change before the show starts to avoid missing any action.

Watched the musical Phantom of the Opera there in Feb 2025. The venue was clean, convenient, spacious enough and with good facilities. You can visit a nice farmers market right outside the entrance on Saturdays (open until 16:00 or so) too.

I have been at Les Miseralbles there. Balcony 2 place 21 row 21. Nice view, very good sound so do not affraid of high cheap seats you will see all. But will be usefull for everybody with heigh about 180 cm 2 rows below row 19 there is entrance and seats have glass screen, so at you place part of scene can be closed by this glass.
During winter, book matinees to avoid waiting outdoors in cold. In summer, check if shows start later and plan stroller storage accordingly.
