What makes it 63% Kids-Friendly: Science shows and Gymgala entertain kids and free tram trips aid logistics, but each child pays a ticket, sound is loud, and there are no play corners or child-specific services.
Why 3–4 hours visit duration is ideal for with kids: Shows last about 1.5–2 hours; allow extra for travel and breaks.
Nerdland voor Kleine Nerds:
A live science show with experiments for curious kids.
Tip: Best for kids 8+; book holiday tickets early.
Gymgala 2025:

I was here for the OneRepublic concert and I have to say that the entrance to the Lotto Arena was less chaotic than "normally" at it next situated Sportpaleis (now called the AFAS Dome), where nine times out of ten it's a chaotic experience to get in. This Lotto Arena is significantly smaller, with a maximum capacity of 8,000 people, while the Sportpaleis holds around 23,000 people. The OneRepubli...

Nice and good arena. Spectators from 3 sides. Nice and clean dressing rooms. Easy approach by car or bjs.

Great arena, great gig seeing Morrissey, seeing my friend play guitar up there too, wonderful atmosphere and experience, glad they let us stay VIP some of the people working there were a bit strict but fair enough.
Look for Christmas-themed shows during holidays and Gymgala in spring for extra family fun.
