Always a good idea to get a couple of drinks in at the new bar in the Church next door, before enjoying a lovely play of the Sven De Ridder Company. Highly recommend

Nice theather venue. Always pleasant to hear the authentic Antwerp accent. Top Flemish actors (also to be seen sometimes in soap operas or in movies) pass by.

Very narrow seating no way to stretch legs when having a knee cramp. Play was ok.. mannen van de golf...but not as good as Antwerps theatre yrs ago. It is just worth a smile- real family comedy is missing as all over! Comedy does not have to be found where some are now looking for everyone seems the need to be making fun of something not worth mentioning.. we see that daily in news Broadcast

What is it? Theater house in Antwerp. Experience: finding parking spot was extremely difficult. I would advise taking public transportation. Upon entering the theater u can order drinks at the bar. Na outside food or drinks allowed in the theater. When I took my place in the theater I felt like I was on an airplane. Very little legroom, and I'm not that tall. I can only imagine the pain for people...
During the annual Herbestemmingsdag in September, join free guided tours of the former church foyer to learn about the theatre’s 1957 origins.
