A very nice hotel in Vienna, with an affordable price and an excellent location, very close to the Ernst Happel Stadium. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were extremely clean.

Should be at max. a 3 stars hotel. Rooms are way too hot even during cold weather; Poor bathroom items offered; Wi-Fi was instable. The staff was a bit rude (appart from the cleaning ladies) - I ordered a large beer at the restaurant and the waiter laughed at me (?). Also, prices are expensive for what they serve (eg.: a salad with lettuce and chicken for 16.90€)

Close to the metro station/ bakery&pastry/ supermarket. The staff was friendly and the environment spacious. We felt comfortable and cozy. There was cleaning service everyday and they refilled the coffee/tea every morning . It was free.

They are at the peak of Austrian hospitality! Really friendly and chill atmosphere among the staff. After 10 days of bikepacking, they helped us with all our needs in a very creative and relaxed way. Also the swimming pool is extremely clean, and the sauna region even had an ice cold waterfall shower. For feeling at home in a foreign country, this is the perfect stay! Metro closeby!
