A very bad experience. The last day was a disaster. We had communicated before with the owner if we could leave after check out somewhere our luggage. He responded us yes we could in the common "hall" just pressing the reception button and he would opened to us. The result was that he never did. Very nice!! We used this lovely apartment when we visited Vienna Dec 13-15 2019. Clean, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the Christmas Market at the Palace.
