Somerset Schönbrunn Vienna (solo trip)

The hub was partially working (left half had error messages), the wireless charging stations were not even connected nor was there a way to connect them, the mirror light was also not working - most probably not connected either. However the bed was very good (hard matrace - to my liking), there was a working air conditioner, and the room was quite soundproof. The breakfast was also nice - nothin...

They let us check in very early (5h!!), so our vacation started very nicely. We were expecting to just store our luggage, but got a chance to rest before going out. Excellent Service. Also, the rooms are very kid and family friendly. The location is very convenient, with a tram line right in front of the building! Would love to stay here again when we visit Vienna!

We were very impressed with the Family Loft, both us and our kids. It was the perfect resting area after our long days around Vienna. A true haven. Location right across the tram/bus stop was also very appreciated as it got us to all our sightseeing arrangements and back without any more hassle.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The check in process was very easy and we were met with very friendly staff. The apartment room was decorated nicely with a warm inviting motif.
