smartments Wien Heiligenstadt (couple trip)

Close to u-bahn, far from the city. The lady who was in the desk told us “until 3pm there is cleaning but i need to ask to check if it ia already done or not.” And she didn’t ask. After that, we sit at the lobby and we saw she checked in other people. She could have told us “it is okay to check in.” Very disappointing and careless behaviour. Room was very nice. But TV wasnt really working.

I recently had a business stay here, and overall, it was okay considering the price. The rooms were not very spacious, and breakfast isn’t offered. However, the location is convenient—just a short walk to the train station - U4, which you can reach in under 3 minutes. You also have Billa in front of the hotel.

The location îs great, next to the central station. Rooms are clean and equipped with a small kitchen. Feel well in hotel and safe in area too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, had a fridge, cooker, needed a bit of maintenance on cracks and skirting board falling off. Reception was open , I forgot my room number , helpline worked ok. Good restaurants nearby and u-bahn and rail stations close.

The hotel was fine, equipped with utensils and even a stove.. except for super thin walls, which makes everything audible. The service was horrible.. it was my first time ever to see the hotel not having "Do not disturb" hangers.. they said they don't have this thing at all, and if I don't want anyone to visit/clean the room, I should explicitly tell this to the reception people (weird.. and non ...
