Ruby Lissi Hotel Vienna (couple trip)

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean, simple & efficient. Breakfast is very good. Only one issue. The girl working the downstairs bar area on Saturday Dec 6 about 7PM was extremely unpleasant . She seemed very bothered by our presence. She was more interested in folding napkins than helping us. All the other staff were very friendly & kind. She is the reason I did not give 5 stars.

Great hotel in downtown Vienna, near main spots and transportation hubs. Nice breakfast and details like the marshall gear in the room to listen and play music. Wide and clear rooms and cozy bar

We feel in love with the Ruby Lissa, the hotel is so fun and quirky. The rooms were modern and perfectly stocked. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The concept is “self-service,” but it is executed completely wrong. Self-service should mean smooth check-in/check-out and well-organized public storage areas for towels, tissues, and other amenities. Instead, they simply unlock a basic towel storage room and leave you to search for what you need, with no signage or directions at all. T...
