Had the most pleasant experience in Plaza Premium Wien. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We were given everything we asked for like single-use slippers, hairdryer, robes. All the staff was polite, helpful and kindly answered all our questions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay. We had no euros and it was not possible to obtain a hot drink until the bar opened at lunch. As a visitor from the UK with no euros to use the vending machine this was not acceptable with no help from the staff. A meal in the evening was also not possible. Would not recommend

There was only one member of staff in when they knew a large group was checking in, they were also very slow (maybe new?), another staff member was present but didn't support.
